NOT INCLUDED
in our Trial Period.
New
gold plated horns are manufactured specifically for each
new owner
and will have been played only by Flip Oakes for pre delivery
inspection, setup and final testing.
Terms of Trial Purchase:
The customer agrees to pay the full published price
including shipping and insurance to Flip
Oakes Band Instrument Repair as a pre-trial purchase prior to receiving their trial
instrument and activation of the trial period.
Terms of the trial period:
Upon receipt of payment, Flip Oakes Band Instrument Repair
will ship a new instrument for a trial period not to exceed (5) days. The start of the trial
period will commence on the day the customer accepts delivery of the instrument. Customer
agrees to inspect the instrument immediately upon delivery and inform Flip Oakes Band
Instrument Repair of any damage discovered at the time of delivery.
Exercising the Option to Return:
In the event the customer elects to return the horn, the
following procedures must be followed.
A. Customer must exercise the option to
return before 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on the (5th) fifth day of the trial period.
B. Customer must call (760)-643-1501 and
request a return authorization number.
C. Customer agrees to prepare the trumpet
for shipping by repackaging the trumpet in the original case and original shipping
container.
D. Customer agrees to provide access to
the trumpet in it's shipping container at the time of pickup by the delivery company.
E. Customer must sign the return form and
enter the return authorization number in the space provided on the form. The form must be
placed inside the trumpet case prior to returning the horn.
F. Flip Oakes Band Instrument Repair
agrees to inspect the horn upon it's return and inform the customer as soon as practicable
of any physical damage discovered that is not the result of shipping. Customer agrees to
be fully responsible for any and all physical damage while the horn is in their
possession. Customer further agrees that any physical damage other than shipping will
constitute a nullification of the trial return option agreement and the customer assumes
full ownership of the trumpet at the full retail price. Customer further understands that
no refund will be granted in the event the horn is returned with any physical damage not
considered to be damage in shipping.
G. Flip Oakes Band Instrument Repair
agrees to refund the full purchase amount less the
following costs and when all
of the previously described conditions are met.
Return
costs:
Upon passing the return inspection,
we
will issue a refund for the full amount less:
All credit card charges, Including Merchant
credit card charges.

- Sanitation
and restocking fees
- Lacquer
