Gold plated horns are
NOT INCLUDED
in our Trial Period.
New gold plated horns are manufactured specifically for each
new owner and will have been played only by Flip Oakes for pre delivery
inspection, setup and final testing.

TERMS OF OUR TRIAL
AGREEMENT

ONLY
Return
policy does not apply to Gold Plated horns.
Must be
18 years of age or older to participate in the trial
program.
We now accept the following methods of payment.

Upon receipt of payment
for the full amount of the horn,
we will ship a trumpet to you for a
5 day trial period anywhere within the
continental US. including Alaska and Hawaii.
TRIAL PERIOD:
Allowing for
5 day delivery time,
the trial period shall be (5) five days, not
counting the (5) three days for delivery.
TO RETURN THE HORN:
The CUSTOMER must
call
(760)-643-1501 before
the end of the 5 day trial period to
request a return authorization
number.

. Enter the
return authorization number
and sign and date the form and return it with the horn.
Failure to return the signed form with the return
authorization number will result in a delay of any refund.
When we receive the horn, it will be
inspected. Any damage to the horn discovered during
our inspection will void the return policy
and the horn will be returned to the
owner.
Upon passing the return inspection,
we
will issue a refund for the full amount less:
All credit card charges, Including Merchant
credit card charges.

NOTICE:
Failure to call and request a return authorization number
prior to the end of the 5th day will
constitute a final sale.
We
currently do not have a trial option for any foreign countries.
